We require the following to help in the registration of a Limited Company:
- Proposed company names that you want to register, at least 3 names.
- The business objectives of the company, what business will the company be undertaking?
- Proposed Office Location of the Company.
This should include the Name of the Building, the Street road where the building is located, and the name
of the Town, District and County E.g. Anniversary Towers, University Way, Nairobi, Starehe District, Nairobi county.
- Office Contacts i.e. Office Mobile Number, Office Email Address, Postal address including
the postal code.
- Company Ownership. Who are the directors and shareholders?
We will require from the directors and shareholders the following:
- National ID Card or Passport for Foreigners
- Most Recent Coloured Passport Photo
- KRA PIN
- Email Address
- Mobile Number
- Postal address
- Residential Address where they live.You must include the Name of the Building or Estate, the street road, district area. E.g. Thome Estate – Marurui , Northern Bypass
- Shares allocation in Percentage
