Fill in the form below, and have it filled with the correct and accurate data. The data you submit will be used to compute and generate the P9 form. Make sure you have the order number you obtain on making payment for the service.
A recap of the steps:
- Get the Order Nuber by making payment for the service. Visit the order page and complete the process here. On completion of the order and payment, you will get an email with the order number.
- Visit the P9 Service Form (this page) and submit your details, this includes your name, KRA PIN, gross pay, and the order number in step one above. Visit the P9 request service or from here
- On the Generate P9 Form Page you will only be required to type in your name, email, mobile number, and the order number from the step to validate the form. Data on salary submitted in step 2 will be populated and a PDF P9 Form will be generated. The P9 Form will only be generated if the order number is valid
