Every registered company is required to register with the National Social Security Fund in Kenya. NSSF is a statutory deduction and on registration, a company is issued with an employer code and a registration certificate.
A company can also request an NSSF Compliance Certificate, a document that shows a company has complied with all NSSF regulations.
The Certificate is issued on request by writing a letter to NSSF Kenya.
