Requirements for Company Registration in Kenya

We will require the following information to help with the process of incorporating your company;

• Proposed company names that you want to register, at least 3 names.
• The business objectives of the company, what business will the company be undertaking?
• Proposed Office Location of the Company. This should include the Name of the Building, the Street road where the building is located, name of the Town, District and County E.g. Anniversary Towers, University Way, Nairobi, Starehe District, Nairobi county.
• Office Contacts i.e. Office Mobile Number, Office Email Address, Postal address including the postal code.
• Company Ownership. Who are the directors and shareholders?
• We will require from all directors and shareholders the following; National ID Card or Passport, KRA PIN, Contact details and Residential Address.
