KRA LETTER TEMPLATE FOR REMOVAL OF VAT OBLIGATION

The. Commissioner can remove the VAT Tax obligation from a taxpayer’s PIN profile. VAT Tax is normally charged mostly on all Taxable Supplies mad in Kenya, more on VAT   

At times Taxpers have VAT obligation added on their Profile yet they are not Vatable or at times by mistake on KRA PIN registration.

To have the obligation canceled, the taxpayer is required to write a letter to the commissioner to have the obligation deactivated, or removed.
